Use of the service

• You may use Splat only in compliance with applicable law.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Splat may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple App Store billing. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings.

Intellectual property

Splat and all related content, branding, visuals, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Acceptable conduct

• No cheating, abuse, automated exploitation, or interference with service integrity.
• No use of Splat in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers

Splat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Splat.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or operational reasons.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
